Ordering materials from the supplier – allocating time slots in SyncroSupply define which goods must be delivered, when and where.

Trucks are loaded, materials scanned and the dispatcher is notified of the departure by the supplier.

The arrival of the truck and its tracking via GPS positioning – SyncroSupply is informed of any delays and if necessary sends an alert to the dispatcher.

The truck reaches the entrance, the load is received. SyncroSupply decides immediately where the truck should be sent: directly into the plant for unloading or to the buffer area to wait.

The truck arrives at the loading deck to which it has been allocated by SyncroSupply. It is unloaded and leaves the plant or is driven to other loading decks which the system has allocated to it.

SyncroSupply instructs the truck which empties it is now to load.
