Complete roll out of SyncroSupply at Daimler AG’s Sindelfingen plant
The system SyncroSupply has been successfully up and running at Daimler AG’s Sindelfingen plant in the area of empties and the manufacturing area ‘Building 46’ since 2003. Now, Daimler has decided to install the system at their plants on a national scale and at the same time, to upgrade to the latest version.

INFORM Software controls material deliveries into the three Škoda plants
The INFORM software SyncroSupply has already been successfully controlling material deliveries in the Audi plants of the Volkswagen Group in Ingolstadt, Györ and Neckarsulm as well as in the Volkswagen plants in Kassel, Salzgitter and Wolfsburg. The solution will be put into operation also at Škoda in the Czech Republic.

SyncroSupply roll-out for the BMW Group in Great Britain
Following the use of SyncroSupply at its German production sites, the BMW Group began the roll-out for the system in its English locations at the beginning of 2008. The intelligent SyncroSupply software solution has been optimising truck deliveries at BMW’s Leipzig and Wackersdorf sites since October 2006.
SyncroSupply synchronises truck deliveries with loading point capacities and time-critical production requirements at the site – the harmonisation of external supply with internal demand.

Volkswagen continues commitment to SyncroSupply
The SyncroSupply truck control system synchronises truck deliveries supplying materials to Volkswagen sites. Since 2006, the IT system has been rolled out at the sites in Kassel, Ingolstadt, Györ and Salzgitter.
Following implementation at other sites, the system will control more than 3500 truck deliveries daily. In the future Volkswagen will use SyncroSupply centrally to control and optimise all truck deliveries of materials used for the production of automobiles. In addition to all external and internal information, the software also incorporates into planning and control all personnel involved, truck drivers, haulier schedulers and controlling staff.
